All units have cooking facilities. The Two Bedroom units contain a full stove/oven and microwave. All other units contain ceramic top hobs and a microwave
Available to guests are a sauna, guest laundry, BBQ and portacot/highchairs as required.
The complex operates a separate purpose built conference room that will seat up to 24 boardroom style or 30-plus theatre style. The conference room has two exits and separate men’s and women’s toilets.
The conference room is located next to the motel kitchen for ease of food preparation and service. The motel kitchen contains a freestanding stove/oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and commercial dishwasher.
The large owner’s accommodation is very well designed and comprises two storey’s.
The ground floor contains a reception area, garage with internal access, a spacious lounge and dining room plus kitchen, a double bedroom with built in wardrobe and ensuite with shower and toilet. This bedroom is ideal for accommodating Relief Managers as it is separate from the owner’s accommodation on the first floor.
The lounge opens onto a private, fully enclosed garden and paved outdoor area suitable for barbequing and entertaining.
The first floor contains 3 bedrooms including the spacious master bedroom, 1 double and 1 single bedroom (all with built in wardrobes), bathroom with bubble bath and separate shower, and separate toilet with small hand basin. The master and double bedroom open via ranch sliders onto a north facing tiled deck.
